Modified "Chain Voting" in full swing I see, which is clear and distinct Voter Fraud. Chain balloting, in which the precinct captain would show up to vote and then slip out of the polling place with a ballot. The ballot would be punched to reflect the preferred candidates, then handed to the next voter, who would be responsible for casting that ballot and sneaking out with another blank. By repeating this process, a cautious captain could control a large number of votes. To heck with that just stick 90 of them in a envelop and be done with it.
