By your own statistics there was no tax cut. Revenue (tax) remained the same. I think you're confused.

BTW: Suppose that the tax rates were cut, but growth in the population, growth of the economy, and inflation caused the tax base to increase. Could that possibly cause the total revenues to remain constant?

Don't strain your brain thinking about, though. ;^)
