Zeev, From what I understand, IF Florida can not come to a conclusion as to who won the presidential race from the November 7 election, that the electoral vote would be taken December 18(?) without Floridian representation. I can almost guarantee you this will NOT happen. However, if it does, I will promptly refund most of the money you paid me. <g>
