I have to run...but I wanted to give you just a quick reply. CSCO has an actual P/E around 120-130 at this level. I think for the size csco is and given the global economic conditions we are now facing a P/E of 50-60 would still be risking from a long term perspective. The outstanding shares of CSCO are insane. Look at my earlier post of what is required for csco just to get to the revenue and earnings numbers of GE. I think this is a tall order filled with risk. I think the telco sector is in huge trouble. I think this vendor financing of companies like WCII will come back to bite csco in the ass-ets.

Again, sorry I couldn't respond more. I'm getting some work done on my house and I have to pack up the family as we are going to stay with grandma for a few days.
(I am doing some renovations to prepare for a sale...I think the real estate market may be in for a correction and I prefer to be liquid.)
