ben, what about the 800 known bush votes that were disqualified? what about the 26k tossed ballots in a republican district?

the difference in our views is that you ASSUME based on no solid evidence, that gore won. i do not. i don't know who won. i do KNOW that SELECTIVELY counting tossed votes in one's own districts and disregarding tossed votes in other districts is FUNDAMENTALLY UNFAIR.

contrary to your view, i think the american people are smart enough to realize this fact.

count all the votes in the state manually if manual counts are deemed more accurate. there is a reason gore didn't take the high road and ask for this. he didn't want to risk losing.
