They are not citizens of Israel they are residents of Israel. They are the ones who stayed behind instead of fleeing to the West Bank after the Israelis took over Palestine.

Nihil, if you suggest that Israel should ship its Palestinian citizens to Japan, I have no objection! I would contribute out of my pocket to finance sending 10 Arab families to Japan! Hokayido is not a bad place to get them settled or maybe Kamchatka! gg
