f WPBch alone tips balance, then DUE PROCESS kicks in
It depends on what "vote" means.

<<Rocky, if WPBch alone tips balance, then DUE PROCESS kicks in
Federal Courts are adamant, persistent, and universal in enforcement of due process
the feds will be reluctant to step in
but they will step in on such an uneven ballot criterion
that is my prediction, and I love to make them
a few recently have been wrong
you cannot have one deeper handcount criterion apply to one county, and another more shallow machine count criterion apply to every other county (except maybe Volusia with Daytona)

I agree....even a Democratic Judge must look at things fairly. How could he put Gore in office when discrepancies abounded everywhere, not just PB..... A judge must do this in a fair manner, or the people will be heard. I say, recount or revote the whole damned state and end this. It makes no sense to count one county and not count them all...even a third grader could see the impartial nature of this.
