Yes Frank,

I believe that's possible, and perhaps almost certain should they not have a final count by deadline. Weird stuff rules. Are the rules fair? I'd rather be fair. But, you just might be right about the outcome...and it's likely no court would touch it with a pole.

It's even more amazing when we are told that that same democratic lady that was so emphatically calling for a manual count in Palm Beach was the same person that denied a republican candidate a manual recount when they had lost by 14 votes. She apparently said that it had to be a 'single digit' delta in order to call for a recount.

I heard this happened just 6 months ago in a local election.
