ROFL I don't know how tasty the chicken is, but the recipe is hysterical!

That is reminisced of Julia Childs type of cooking.

Thanks, capitalD...beer and chicken do go well together! Here's another:

Drunk Chicken

6-8 chicken breast, skinned
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Oregano
Garlic powder to taste
Paprika to taste
1 can of beer
1 large onion, cut into rings
1 (3oz.) jar stuffed olives with liquid
1 medium bell pepper, cut into rings
1 (6oz.) can tomato paste
1 large jar drained mushrooms

Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Place in crock-pot. Mix tomato paste, beer, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, and olives. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours. Serve over rice.

This recipe may be doubled for the 5 qt. Crock-pot.
