The Bush lawsuit was a bad idea. The courts take
a dim view on trampling on state law. Most likely
it will get thrown out tomorrow, and meanwhile Bush
looks bad for being the first to sue.

Bush has been beaten to the punch, massively. Where is
Bush's team? Gore has run rings around him. Why
didn't Bush get recounts in the heavy repub districts?
He'd better get cracking.
