Any site out there that mentions the number of invalid votes by district? With that number and your table, one can make some guesses as to what a complete handcount will do to the total vote.

Although it would be best to also know the method of voting in each district.

Excuse me but why dont you look at the real data!! First of all you are looking foxnews why not look at Palm Beach County direct data here:
pbcelections.org

Then why not look at the claim which is true, Palm Beach County is more heavily Democratic. Those same statistics can be found at that site.
