Seems to be a fair amount of judgment around the "chad" thing that may not have anything to do with the balloters intention...As well, opening up the ballots may well increase the risk for ballot tampering...From my vantage point, the post election saga, cannot conclusively resolve the issue...and for that reason seems a little "bush" if you'll pardon the pun...Still don't see why the two parties can't accept the outcome of the overseas votes as the deciding factor...
