Scumbria: Thanks...I'm just skeptical when it comes to any issue around spoiled ballots...Who knows where those ballots have been since the election...By the time the "serious scrutiny" was put in place the "games" may well have alresady been played...Just think it's a really bad pathway to go down, unless "closure rules" have been established before hand. That the Republicans have offered their suggestion for closure (i.e overseas votes rule the day) seems wholely reasonable to me, all the moreso with every passing hour that either acceptance or counter closure by the Democrats is withheld...
