the Military being denied to vote

Are you suggesting that the military establishment is withholding ballots from soldiers? or are you suggesting that the post office is not sending the ballots to the APO address? or are you blowing smoke?

It was always my experience that absentee ballots had to be requested. I understand that the Republican party frequently put in requests for military personel, but I have no reason to think they put in requests for these personel. The Texas Republican machine did an end-run around the national Republican structure and I think a lot of their usual schemes did not get implemented.
