Does anyone have a news link to this? If not, perhaps we could all email our various political Hdq, news media, etc, and see if we could get an EXACT answer to this question....Exactly where were these 19,000 ballots found....????And if they weren't the 'trashed ones'...WHERE are the trashed ones?

There have been stories that the 19,000 ballots were the ones thrown away because they were the ones that voters exchanged for new ones!!
