Ted, Reading material for everyone, test in the morning. :o) It may help our visiting friends from foreign lands understand what the discussion concerning "state's rights" covers. It also covers the point thoroughly that these discussions continue today, and I believe it is one of the main divisions between voters today. It may explain why we are not one big blob of people ruled by one central government; that the nation is composed of individual sovereign states, which exhibit equal powers in their participation in the union.
