You want a woman who 1) makes you hot; 2) will probably make you hot for the rest of your life; 3) has brains; 4) has integrity; 5) has character; 6) is able to earn a good living; 7) has a good thing going and doesn't need you to save her; and 8) will be a good mother; and I don't know where to factor this in but loves you, too. Preferably close to your own age, and not likely to dump you for someone with a bigger bank balance or bigger you-know-what. It isn't easy, my friend, but it's better to get it right the first time than to try, try again.
