Madeleine Albright was our Ambassador to the United Nations, friend. That's called qualification. She tirelessly travels from armpit of the world to armpit of the world trying to make peace and getting tough with tyrants. What has Condaleeza Rice been doing for the last eight years since she was 35 in the Bush Sr. administration? Provost at Stanford is a ceremonial post. On the board of Chevron? Posing on the GOP convention stage to try to attract blacks to the party? What else qualifies her to be our #1 foreign policy expert? And why the hell is Bush picking out his cabinet already anyway? does anyone have an answer for that considering he's behind in the election and hasn't won Florida yet?
