I watched a little CNN to see what's happening. They're asking for a 4th recount in Miami (dade county I think?) Hard to believe. Is it wear your enemy down by relentless recounting? I have to think its intent at this point is psychological warfare. I hope it backfires on Daley and crew.

Volt, at this point if Bush were to concede, I think the country would look at him as a hero. On the other hand, if Gore were to concede, I'm not so sure he would be looked at in the same light.

Through the hyperbolic din of conservative rhetoric some things become apparent.

Gore will be the next president.

Bush is a spineless wuss.

Oh my God. What are we going to do, this is just horrible, where is my mother when I need her, boo hoo. Sounds like W to me.

Bush Senior then tells the kid with the boil on his face that Baker is the man for the job. There are certainly mucho better Republicans for the task than this half wit – He never could perform. (JW, did you catch that W told Baker the decision to ask for an injunction was up to him (Baker)? – oh yeah – now there’s a leader!)

Does RR’s voice echo in here anywhere or have all of you gone deaf? Have a plan. Execute. Duh, did W have a plan? – oh no – plans aren’t clean.

Trial by Fire – new way to elect a president: have some folks vote – doesn’t even need to be half the available pool – have the results be a tossup – then let the two candidates go at it on the battlefield of life. Spoils go to the victor.

Which one of these two – the clueless nincompoop or the doofus with the can-do “cavalry” would you want to lead you into battle? Who would you prefer at the helm, the one with a plan or the one who is twiddling his thumbs, committing errors at every turn? Who has the better advisers? Who has the better plan?

Wake up folks – the Republicans are asleep and the fox is in the coup. (As much as people here spout off about Daley, it is clear that you all wish he was on your side.)

I appreciate the wisdom that all of your have shared here. Too bad Bush didn’t read any of it.
