Picking timeframes that are spaced reasonably well: if I want to hold onto a trade for a few days, what would be 3 good moving averages to pick? 65 m perhaps, and weekly, or? How about for a few weeks?

Re: QCOM, you are looking at the chart, but also, the fact that it had split 4-1 the first trading day of Jan (I think it was Jan 3) meant so much increased liquidity--wouldn't you expect a selloff just based on that, and tax selling in the New Year? Do you work big fundamental stuff like that nto your equations or only look at charts?

This is going to be fun, once I get the hang of it. I know it will take a while. But I can see it takes the stress away, and volatility becomes your friend, and direction, bull or bear, simply direction.
