So you are concluding that Carter and Clinton were not Washington insiders but were qualified to serve as President because of having been a governor of their respective states. Whereas, Bush is not?

Bush just as well concede now. He already allowed the Republican counties to certify honest counts, so there is no way he can keep up with the votes that will be "found" by Gore supporters. An honest and decent Baker is no match for Daley when it comes to "bringing home" the vote. Bush obviously underestimated the "tricks" that Daley has up his sleeve to fabricate votes, and wanted to look statesman like.

Florida is a done deal. They will keep "finding" Gore votes until they have enough. Bushes only hope now is to call for recounts in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Oregon, and this time send some people in with real experience in vote fraud, not a statesman. LOL
