I get it. Let me see if I can summarize the Republican rules.

1. Hand counts are bad because they are subject to human error. Unless the hand count is in New Mexico or Texas, where they are a good thing.

2. Hand counts are OK in the rest of Florida, if it turns out that Gore wins PB county.

3. No hand counts are acceptable after Tuesday night, unless PB county completes theirs by Tuesday night, and then post-Tuesday night hand counts are OK.

4. States rights are important, unless they favor Gore.

5. Lawyers are bad, unless they work for Bush.

You Bush guys crack me up.
