John, "OPEC Won't raise oil output" I think the one mistake US makes when we send our foreign policy people deal with OPEC is that they don't bring the knee pads with them. They had all the expertise in how to work on your knees inhouse. I think White House should have made Monica a permanent employee, and she should be our special envoy to OPEC. I think she would do well as our special envoy to Mid-East as well. Locking people in (as Albright did) is not the best negotiating strategy. Joe
