>>Money will get something done soon. Count on it.<<

I'm guessing we'll hit a major pain threshold this coming week. Perhaps Monday. Or perhaps Thursday morning, since the market often seems to take a bath on Thursday mornings during options expiration week. I'm trying to anticipate the time to pick up some calls.

There is an old adage that goes something like this “ you really aren’t in business until you’ve been sued”.
.
Now once you’ve been sued you’ll know that the suit has a life of it’s own. That life usually dies out as the funds to support the suit dwindles out. To go one step further, you soon realize the lawyers are the ones who have control and breathe life into the situation. So once the lawyers get a hold of the thing we just have to wait for the money to run out….

A decision or resolution of the situation by a court is not significant once we enter the courts, because the lawyers are now in control.... So we wait to see who gets spent first. There is no justice in a court...only the threat of costing the other parties more than they can afford to loose. That maybe the thinking behind the Bush response to Daley's threat to support those eight laws suits. It communicates the fact that he court path will cost them.

My concern is deeper than this. I’m a Bush supporter, but do not think we have been given much of a choice as to who will become our next president…hence I don’t really think either one of the two will do much for us…or can do much. What bothers me the most right now is Bush isn’t afraid to come forth and speak to the camera, however, Gore appear to be a puppet! AND I TRULY WONDER WHO IS PULLING HIS STRINGS! Must be the money…but who’s????
