Exactly, Thurston. The Republican's only hope was to keep the Republican counties open where they could hope to "find" some additional votes, too. They are playing nice, and that will cost them.

No, I have already stated on this thread that I think the recount should be statewide. However, it would probably benefit Gore because they use punch card systems in most of the Democratic counties in the southern half of the state.
