Yes, it is a simple explanation of who was commiting securities fraud. It was not the CEO, it was a employee commiting the securities fraud. Now I get it!! But do NOT beleive a word investorshub.com

K-Byte won't get the go ahead until all the buggs are worked out. I'm told another company (smaller) is building boards. SEVU could get all the money they wanted if they used stock. I like the NO DILUTION part of the way this deal is happening. Just an e-mail away, but you guys don't want the truth it does not play into your game.
