Yes, it is a simple explanation of who was commiting securities fraud. It was not the CEO, it was a employee commiting the securities fraud.

All you need to do is read the letter on manufacturing.
Morgan Stanley, is funding. They just wanted it clear
that it was McBride's money, not theirs.

K-Byte won't get the go ahead until all the buggs are
worked out. I'm told another company (smaller) is
building boards.

SEVU could get all the money they wanted if they used
stock. I like the NO DILUTION part of the way this
deal is happening.

it does not play into your game.

I also heard total sales last week were half a million+
