First let me make it clear that I'm not a Republican, and certainly did not vote for Bush, though I'd prefer him, barely. Second, the rule of law that all states adhere to is the law of the Constitution, which directs ALL states and All public officials from President down to police officers(they all take oaths to it), to be FAIR. You want to be fair? Geez, at this rate next you'll be coming out and saying flatly that you'd like Gore to win based on a skewed ballot count, the hell with a fair and accurate total count? Surely not! That would be downright un-American and against all of the Gore camps words and efforts, IMO. Dan B
