Good post. Baker's comments are absurd -- punch card readers are "precision machinery"?! Ridiculous! It is 1950's technology that needs to be thrown into the trash heap. If Baker thinks punch-cards are "precision machinery" then I suppose he would, like GB Sr., be spellbound by supermarket scanner technology...'whoa what'll they think of next?' :-)

It's also legal to require counties to certify their votes by 5 pm Tuesday under Florida law.
