It got a little late and I was getting a little tired of typing, but my next sentence would have been....:

"In two, three, four years from now just when the internet infrastructure would be nearly completed, newer faster technology would be developed which would restart the whole new process. And a leader like Nortel would be developing that technology thereby assuring itself of continuous steady growth."
