Bruce, Mr. Sensitive thinks your one-liner is cute, though a few months too late. :) Is there anything you (or anyone) can add about the Sales.com discussion that took place during the conference call? I especially appreciate your European perspective regarding CRM. I think an additional motivating factor to adopt it is that as most of the European countries have attempted to expand their marketplace by joining EU, they also have more competition. If the expanded marketplace becomes beneficial to them they will be continuously facing with customers whose cultural preferences vary. Those are some pretty compelling reasons to adopt CRM, to help them attain and keep customers. --Mike Buckley
