Stribe, I seriously doubt GW would totally exit from the world scene, but considering the success of some of our jaunts, to cut back would probably be appreciated by us and the countries we keep on invading. We had our own civil war. Most wars nowadys are civil wars. We shouldn't try to stop all of them.

What I am saying Jim is that I am worried how Bush will interact with the rest of the world.

While the president sets the tone, the secretary of state normally interacts with foreign nations; and if Bush gets Colin Powell or George Baker; either should be better than Albright.
