There were a lot of POWERS THAT BE in a huddle this weekend and this will manifest itself sometime this week and I really feel you will see a little of it today. Too many funds losing their value here. It will not continue. Fidelity alone can turn a market around not to mention others. They are simply weighing the Psychology and will begin rectifying the Doomsday atmosphere.
