No, not soon. Think of this as a bear market condition in politics. Whenever these are resolved too soon with a quick recovery, it turns into a slow painfull series of bear drops. Better to let this process drag on for another month or two, until people begin to protest in the streets and eventually get tired of protesting in the streets and still it drags on unresolved. Then, when it's worse than anyone ever imagined, when people are beyond sick of it, when the activists turn away in disgust, when it is more important to have it finished than claim an advantage, then it can be resolved in fairness and compromise.
Let the countersuits begin!
