You are right, LoF, it is a subjective call, and a court will give her decision a lot of deference. The question is whether she had a rationale basis for the decision, or whether it was arbitrary. If she can demonstrate that she must have the info tommorrow to complete some critical task, the court isnt going to interfere. But since we have to wait until Friday to even begin counting the overeas absentees, my guess (and that's all you can ever do when a court is involved) is that a court is not going to throw out a county's votes because the count will come in on Thursday or Friday rather than today. Who knows.
