No, I mean certifying actual votes counted, including votes counted by hand.

The deadline, as applied in this particular case, is arbitrary and results in a total count which excludes actual votes cast and is therefore, unconstitutional. I expect the court to extend the deadline.

Time for Bush to concede and set the stage for a Repub. sweep of the POTUS (4 years) and larger margin in both Houses (midterm). This election has already been stolen. Bush team made a large tactical error in not demanding a state wide hand recount. JLA
