He wouldn't agree to let Bush count some Rep counties to decide the entire election I bet.

Bush had the right under Florida law to request recounts in whatever Republican controlled county he desired. As it turns out the Republican controlled counties do not use the same punch card ballots. They have a ballot that is scanned right after the voter fills it out and the voter is notified if the ballot cannot be read, or has two votes, or none. Bush should give it up because he actually lost, but for a technicality is able to cling to a vanishing image of victory. Give it up, but not before a lot more lawsuits.
