1. The day I feel the Fed's stance is no longer equal in respect to their Value of Fighting Inflation as opposed to seeing the Economy Grow. In other words, a raise in the interest rate in here would signal they don't give a rat's ass about the growth of the Economy, they just want to make damn sure there is no inflation. This occurred in the 80's with interest rates at 20 + per-cent and they said to hell with growth.

2. Sure the Naz is down but you are not in a Bear market when the Dow is at around 10,000 and there is reasonable growth and as I see it there will be an easing of interest rates. earnings may slow a hair but even those should be relatively good.

3. We also have just come out of what is generally the worst time of year and GET SLAMED by the Election crap. We should be sitting at least 3500 on Naz right now.
