Figure it out: regardless of who wins, the bitterness if not lawsuits will continue for years. Congress is about evenly split. The bitterness will lead to wrangling in congress. The next guy in the white house will be lame duck the day he puts his hand on the Bible for the oath.

The question you ask, I believe, moot.
