ENTU - CFO and Senior VP resigns effective Nov. 30 Entrust Technologies (ENTU:Nasdaq - news) said David Thompson, the company's chief financial officer and senior vice president, resigned, effective Nov. 30. The security software developer said Thompson will join TrinTel Communications, a privately held wireless tower company based in Irving, Texas. David Wagner, vice president, controller and treasurer at Entrust, has been named acting financial chief. Wagner joined Entrust in 1996. Shares of Entrust were recently down $2.44, or 9.4%, to $23.50, in Nasdaq trading.
