re: Judge denies Bush Request So, this Judge just said that it is ok to recount selected ballots in Democrat districts and not to count any votes in republican districts. This is suppose to render a fair judgement. Bull????

Summary * An industry source reports Santa Fe signaling a "colossal new build program with fabrication tenders for up to six conventional jackups and four deepwater semisubmersibles worth close to $2 billion". * The source indicates that the bid documents call for "back-to-back" construction of the six jackups which means one could start every three months. * A recent meeting we had with Santa Fe's CEO indicates a less aggressive plan than this. * We expect no more than 12-15 new rig orders in total from now to the end of 2001.
