I find the Pinellas result strangest of them all:

p about 0.5

Can you come up with a model to explain the result?

<< To get technical here, the standard deviation is sqrt(np(1-p) = approx 14 >>
I did calculate Stdev = sqrt (n*P)and this was obviously wrong.
The fact that the recount favors Gore indeed means that there is a systematic factor at work - but I do not think its fraud.
