James Baker B.S. about hand counts being unreliable were rejected by the US District Court for Southern Florida. Remember, during the impeachment, when the Republicans said "Let the process work". Now, they want to cut off the process so that all votes don't get counted. A count of all votes is essential to the legitimacy of the election. Machine count rejects ballots that have been cast.
