Due to the "constitutional crisis" president Bill Clinton has appointed Janet Reno to spearhead the effort to protect all Americans. The program is called SAFETY FIRST and will be a voluntary initiative to keep families safe ( failure to comply with this voluntary program will be a life sentence without the possibility of parole ) .

Guns have been determined to be EVIL and DANGEROUS. For your protection
all guns will be held on deposit at federal safety centers. In an unprecedented act of patriotism, volunteers from Palm Beach County Florida will catalog all firearms and serial numbers for return to owners when the FDA determines they are safe.

In an effort to respond to the "will of the people" for a more efficient government, gun collection will take place at the manual recount centers. In order to conserve precious natural resources and diminish the OIL CRISIS, president elect Gore has set up a MANDATORY mass transportation system for firearms owners. Transportation to and from the manual recount/gun collection centers will be provided free of charge by train. Because president Clinton "feels your pain", free showers will be included for all travelers. Have a nice day.
