Yes it is fair because Bush could have had every other county hand counted if he wanted to. Instead, he bypassed state law and tried to get the federal courts(didn't he say many times how much he trusted the people and did not trust the feds??)to leave tens of thousands people behind, another broken promise. The convicted criminal and inside trader is now saying that some people don't have a right to have their vote count. Shame on him....what a disaster for a potential president.
