True. I didn't call a top, because I was caught up in the euphoria like everyone else. So it is very possible that I won't catch the bottom either. It could continue to go down and stay that way for the next couple of years for all I know. But I'm willing to bet that it will swing back up next year, or failing that, then in 2002. I have faith in herd mentality and what we're seeing right now is that in spades. These swings are exacerbated by the common man's ability to invest online. So I believe it's time to start averaging down. I'm not taking everything and plunking it down now, but I will begin a systematic monthly purchase of selected gorilla tech stocks. These will lead the pack out of the morass, when we regress back to the mean from the current downswing. Good luck to you!
