I saw this same claim of a 5 to 7 % margin of error in the vote counting too and it was from the idea of the day thread...that poster didnt have a link to the source either but it was contested as totally invalid...there is no way a voting method with that big a possible margin for error would be excepted...I will assert that this is a totally false and unverifiable rumor
