OT BigBull hello,

I just caught this over at the George Bush thread, thought it worthy of a re-post here:

Clarifying Recount Schedule
Statement by Florida Secretary of State
Nov. 13 — Following is an official statement from Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris....

...With regard to the status of overseas absentee ballots, they must have been executed as of last Tuesday. They must bear a foreign postmark as provided in Section 101.62(7), and they must be received by the Supervisors of Elections by midnight Friday. They are not required, however, to be postmarked on or prior to last Tuesday.

Wow. I didn't know that. Has anybody else caught this one? Looks like a golden opportunity for Plan B for those voters overseas who didn't like the results on election night. Just for example.

Regards to all. All comments cheerfully received and recounted.
