>>>Party: Don't for one minute think anything the Gore campaign has done is a completely naive recount of observed
irregularities in one county....there were more voting irregularities up there in Duval county which happens to be pro
Bush and the repubs let that slide....this is a pure political and calculated move to turn the election his way and any
thought to the otherwise is naive...and let me add...more power to him...however...Bush should feel equally
empowered to push all the buttons too..the issue is, it just has to end<<<

Bush had every right to request a handcount in Duval County. He didn't. Why should Gore be penalized because he choose an option available to him under Florida election law?

Besides, the 19,000 votes that were doubled punched Gore and Buchanon are not the votes Gore is seeking. He's seeking the votes that haven't been counted yet even for a first time: 10,000 chadded ballots.

I'm sorry. But Gore is honorable in this; Bush is not!

I'm sorry. But Gore is honorable and tactically smarter in this; Bush is not!
