The ramps coincided with the recount news almost precisely-

There appears to be some speculation that this election will indeed be over by the end of the week, as it appears the Judicial branch will enforce the tuesday deadline for recounts.

But then again, the election doesn't affect the markets according to some pundits. hohoho
