You don't get it nor will you ever get it...morals do count for something..praying is a nonending thing..there are certain events which do prompt more of it than others..
And an election where the candidate who has received more of the poplular vote believes in and supports things which are against what God says are good and right does prompt one who tries to follow God's laws to pray more...
